Nichol Hare was born and raised in Lexington, South Carolina, and began her career as a paralegal in 2015. She first earned her Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies at Midland’s Technical College and looks forward to the upcoming award of her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts in June 2025. She has also successfully completed the training and certifications to become a registered paralegal through the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) and is a South Carolina Certified Paralegal (SCCP).
Over the past decade, she has worked on a wide array of legal matters, including criminal defense and civil litigation, but her primary focus as a senior litigation paralegal is personal injury, wrongful death, and civil rights litigation. Throughout her career, she has helped provide strong support in the successful litigation of such matters, including personal injury and wrongful death claims brought on behalf of victims and their families who have suffered serious bodily injury and death from drunk driving accidents, car accidents, truck accidents, tractor trailer accidents, brain injuries, medical malpractice, and related matters.
Prior to the start of her career as a paralegal, she enjoyed a career in law enforcement and worked for many years as a police officer in the Midlands. Her prior experience in law enforcement continues to provide unique and invaluable insight, particularly with respect to civil rights litigation.
Nichol is highly motivated and credits her ongoing success to an emphasis on continuing education, which helps maximize the services we provide to our clients. She also maintains active memberships in the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) and the Palmetto Paralegal Association (PPA). Nichol also dedicates her time to community efforts and volunteers her time as a recreational volleyball coach and summer camp programs with her family church.
In her free time, Nichol pursues several hobbies. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent in South Carolina and is passionate about real estate. She is married to long-time law enforcement officer and she, her husband, and their children enjoy camping, travelling cross country, and spending time with family and friends.
